Bonnie is usually the first one to move, which makes him the animatronic most people meet before they understand the game. He leaves the stage on night 1, and by the time you have found the right camera he is already halfway down the west corridor.
Bonnie's route
- Show Stage, then the Dining Area, then Backstage
- West Hall, then West Hall Corner, then your doorway
- He never enters the kitchen and never uses the right door
- Unlike Freddy, he will stand in the corridor - so the hall light works on him
- He can also skip the corner entirely and appear at the door directly
Why he catches people out
Bonnie moves more often than anyone else on nights 1 and 2, and he does not follow a tidy path. He can jump backwards through rooms. Checking the left light every twenty seconds costs almost nothing and is the whole defence - the mistake is trusting the camera instead, because he moves the moment you look away from it.Other versions

Why does Bonnie move so much?
His AI level starts higher than the others on night 1 and 2. He is meant to be the one who teaches you to check the hall lights.
Is Springtrap the same character as Bonnie?
No. Springtrap is a separate spring-lock suit that happens to be a rabbit. The confusion is deliberate on the developer's part.
