FNAF Shooter

The animatronics are at it again. This time you are defending a supermarket after it closes. The game mixes two things: the classic FNAF setup and a shooter where you actually fight back. You will meet the familiar robots - Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie and Foxy.

FNAF Shooter: Gameplay

Like the other horror versions, it starts at night, once the customers have gone home and the shop shuts. At midnight you hear the first strange noises, and the toys start moving. The main character is a boy with a real gun.

That pistol is all you get to begin with. The rest of the arsenal has to be unlocked as you play, and unlocking costs money - coins are scattered around the shop floor. Once you have saved enough, these become available:

• sniper rifle;
• automatic rifle;
• shotgun;
• machine gun;
• grenades.

To survive you shoot the animatronics - legs, arms, head - and keep shooting until they stop. If you run out of bullets, there is always a grenade, and the damage from one is worth several magazines. With that much choice of weapon you have a real chance against them.

Where the money goes first

• The shotgun early, because aisles are short and close range is where you lose
• Grenades second, as an emergency button rather than a weapon
• Sniper last - there is rarely enough distance to use it
• Do not walk past coins to chase a kill, the economy is the whole game

The version where you have no gun at all and two doors instead is FNAF 1.
